1 : How can I pay the application fees?


Application fees can be paid throuogh E-wallet (Paytm on 7417 388 043) or through online transfer (IMPS). You can also send a Demand Draft favouring, “NAEEM AHMAD, S/B A/c number 008892000002884, Yes Bank, Marris Road Branch, Aligarh – 202001


2 : Can I fill up the form online only?


No. Forms can be filled both online and offline. You can fill up the form online and transfer the application fees through E-wallet. You can also download the form, fill it up and send the hard copy along with xerox of all relevant experience certificates, degrees, marksheets, testimonials, photograph, aadhar card, pan card etc through courier or speed post / registered post at the following address: Sanskar Educational and Welfare Foundation, Okhla, Thokar No. 4, Near Showroom of Hero MotoCorp, New Delhi- 110025, on or before the last date. Applications received after the last date will sammarily be rejected.


3 : Whether we need to send the hard copy to the office, even if we fill up the form online?


No. It is not compulsory. However, if you are sending the Dremand Draft then send the print out of application form along with xerox of all relevant experience certificates, degrees, marksheets, testimonials, photograph, aadhar card, pan card etc.


4 : All the candidates who are filling up the form will be called for interview?


No. Screening of forms will be done. After screening only short listed candidates will be called for interview.


5 : How many candidates will be called for interview?


Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 10:1


6 : Do the candidates have to go through any other round to qualify for the job?


Yes. They may have to go for Fitness Test, I. Q. Test, Personality Test, Final Interview etc. before final selection.


7 : Is there any training period / prabation period for the employees?


Yes, there will be a probation period of 1 year.


8 : Is the application fees refundable?


No. It is non-refundable.


9 : Sanskar Foundation will provide T. A. / D. A. / lodging etc. for the outstation candidates appearing for written test or interview.


No. Candidates have to manage at their own.


10 : Who can apply for the different posts?


Any degree holder who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply. Even freshers are also welcome.


11 : Any training will be provided?


Training will be provided by the foundation. It will be compulsory for the candidates to attend the seminars, webinars, expert lecturers, workshops, online and offline trainings etc.

13 : Who can participate?


Any student can apply who has ID proof issued by school / aadhar card / pan card / any other ID proof issued by cnetral or state government.


14 : Certificates of participation will be provided?


All the students who will score more than 60% marks will be awarded with certificates.


15 : How to fill up the form?


Forms can be filled both online and offline. Those students who are filling up the form through offline mode need to compulsorily send the print out of the form along with xerox of their school ID proof, adhar card, pan card, photograph. Those who don’t have their adhar card, have to send the copy of adhar card of either of their parents.


16 : Where to send the form?


Forms filled up in proper manner and duly signed by the students or forwarding authority should be send by courier or speed post / registered post at the following address: Sanskar Educational and Welfare Foundation, Okhla, Thokar No. 4, Near Showroom of Hero MotoCorp, New Delhi- 110025, on or before the last date. Applications received after the last date will sammarily be rejected.


17 : How to make payment?

18 : Where will be the center of competition?


First two rounds will be held in your school only. Only final round will be held in New Delhi. Venue will notified later on.


19 : Where will be center for those students whose schools who do not allow them to participate in varous competitions?


Their center details will be provided to them at the earliest.


20 : When it will be organised next time?


The dates will be notified well in advance. If you want to be notified personally, then, what’s app the message – “notify me personally the dates of next competition (followed by your name, school and city)” on what’s app number of office - 7417388043
